Phatfish's Nathan Fellingham Writes Song For Release International Campaign

Oct 28 2011

Phatfish drummer and songwriter Nathan Fellingham has written a song called 'Breaking Down The Walls' especially for the charity Release International, to support their North Korea campaign. "I hope that this song will touch the hearts of Christians in the UK and help them to get on their knees in prayer", says Nathan. "Believers in North Korea desperately need our prayers and to know that they're not forgotten."

Release International help draw attention to the persecution of Christians and the church around the world. Discussing Nathan's song, the charity said "The songwriter best known for his inspirational 'There is a Day', has thrown his support behind Release's One Day campaign and written a song to inspire Christians in the UK to stand with their persecuted brothers and sisters in North Korea."

Nathan, married to Phatfish lead singer Lou Fellingham, is the principal songwriter for the band, having also written the popular worship songs 'Holy, Holy', 'Amazing God' and 'O God Of Love'. The band released their new album 'Higher' earlier this month.

'Breaking Down The Walls' is available from the Release International website as a CD or MP3 download in return for a donation to the charity's work.
