Tom & Olly Call It A Day After Five Years Together
British duo Tom & Olly have made the surprise announcement that they are to call it a day following their final show in October 2012. The popular group released their second album 'Spirals' last year, following their self-titled debut album in 2009.
"After 5 incredibly fun years of playing shows, writing songs and seeing the world we've decided to call it a day", said the duo in their announcement. "We will be playing our last show in October 2012! As a band we managed to achieve things we never thought were possible and although it's sad to leave it behind we believe it's time for a change!"
"All we can say is THANK YOU to everyone that has come see us play and made what we do possible, we owe you big time! We have both decided to pursue a career in hairdressing and we can't wait to see what that holds for us! So as we've always said keep your eyes open and your heart ready! Hopefully see you at a show this summer."
