Jars of Clay Offer Free Song Sampler With Donations To Blood:Water Mission
Jars of Clay are currently offering a Free Sampler download at NoiseTrade featuring songs by themselves plus Matthew Perryman Jones and Leagues in celebration of their Spring 2012 Tour together.
"In honor of this run together, we're offering a sampler with two songs from each artist, with all tips benefiting our friends at Blood:water" said the band. Founded by multi-platinum Grammy Award-winning Jars of Clay, Blood:Water Mission is a grassroots organization empowering communities to work together against the HIV/AIDS and Water crises in Africa.
Blood:Water Mission began in 2005 as a call to personalize the HIV/AIDS crisis in Africa, their nation-wide effort to provide clean water and sanitation to 1000 communities in sub-Saharan Africa based on the equation that $1 provides one African with clean water for an entire year.
Whilst fans can download the sampler for free, any donations made when downloading will go directly to Blood:Water. The Spring Tour 2012 travels across the US throughout April featuring all three artists.
Jars of Clay released their latest album 'The Shelter' in 2010. The band are currently working on their follow up album, stating recently on their Facebook page "It feels like we are finally in the thick of writing this next record! It's quite a process from beginning to end, but we are already anxious to share some of these blossoming songs."
