Newsboys To Reissue 'Restart' Album With Bonus Track

May 02 2014

The latest studio album from Newsboys, titled 'Restart', is to be reissued on 27th May 2014, with added bonus track 'God's Not Dead (Like A Lion) (Live)', the band's best-selling single which has sold over 500,000 digital tracks.

Originally released in September 2013, 'Restart' is the third studio album since former DC Talk member Michael Tait took over as Newsboys lead singer.

The album's current single, 'We Believe' is currently Number 4 on the R&R National Christian Audience Chart. The original eleven-songs on the album also include first radio single 'Live With Abandon', title track 'Restart', and the inspirational opening anthem 'That's How You Change The World'.

'Restart' follows recent Newsboys albums 'Born Again' (2010) and 'God's Not Dead' (2011).

"At the start of this record two years ago, we knew we'd be taking great risks, but people will be excited about this album because we've pushed the music and taken it further than we've ever taken it before," says front man Michael Tait. "I have not felt this way about anything I've been involved in musically since Jesus Freak."
