Paul Saxon Releases 'Peace Through The Night'

Apr 28 2015

Bolton based youth worker Paul Saxon has released his second recording and first full length album, 'Peace Through The Night'.

"The theme is all about peace equating to confidence, not simply the absence of noise", explains Paul. "The peace I was aiming to communicate is trust in God, especially during the difficult times of life. The songs paint a big picture of God and our response to His overwhelming care and love for each one of us."

Joel Atkins, who has worked with artists such as Chip K, produced the album, and Matthew Cotterill from Speak Brother mastered it.

"The album took around two and a half years to finish in my free time outside of full time youth work", continues Paul. "The songs on the album are not 'pop' songs, but really the focus was to take people on a journey from start to finish and to minister to the deepest parts of people's lives with all our disappointments, pain, doubts, and confusion."

"I hope people put this CD on when they are going through difficult times and experience the peace that passes all understanding literally invade their lives. These songs were born out of experiences of choosing to rely on God and choosing to trust Him even in pain and confusion."
