Louder Than The Music

This book take you on a journey through Philippa Hanna's songs, the events that led to them being written and how she came to know what it is to be a child of God.

The book takes you through her search for something more trying out different faiths in search for something to make her feel complete. I found this book compelling to read, it's written in a relaxed style and is very easy to read.

I think that this book would appeal to three types of audiences; first to someone interested in this whole Christianity thing but want to find out a little bit more in an unthreatening way; second I think this book addresses so many issues Christians face it is a must read for young Christians, it's written in such an understandable way yet still deal with difficult issues that we all face; finally I found this book really helpful as a tool in my quiet times with God, to use the lyrics in prayer times to help focus and meditate on God.

This book overall is very relaxed, easy to read and puts the songs from the album 'Taste' in context, I fantastic read that I would highly recommend. Oh by the way I was impressed with the album too by thats another story!
