Nigerian Born Singer/Songwriter Iryne Rock Releases 'Fire In My Veins'

May 01 2018

New artist Iryne Rock has released her debut single, titled 'Fire In My Veins.' The song is from the Nigerian-born singer/songwriter’s album, 'JFY', set for a May release.

Rock, who is a worship leader in her home state of Maryland, grew up listening to the likes of Leon Patillo, DC Talk, Michael W. Smith and others. She sang in the choir as a child in her native Nigeria, but it was in her home church at Solomon’s Porch Worship Center in Jessup, Maryland, where Rock began seriously writing music.

“It is through the leading of the Holy Spirit that I wrote and produced my debut album, a project with 11 songs,” Rock said. “The mission of this album is to create music that will draw the listeners closer to God and it is my hope that all who hear it will be blessed.”
