Steven Curtis Chapman has released 'Heaven Is The Face' as the first single from his forthcoming new album 'Beauty Will Rise'. The single is available now from digital retailers.

This is the first new song released by Steven since the loss of his daughter Maria. The track is described as "Part lament, part praise, part wrestling, part pondering, this desperately hopeful track is beginning to garner airplay at radio nationally, and is now available directly to you at iTunes, Amazon, and other DSPs."

Steven's new album 'Beauty Will Rise' will be released on 3rd November and was created in the 15 months since the death of his five-year-old daughter Maria who was killed in a tragic accident at the family home in Franklin, Tennessee in May 2008. In the aftermath of the tragedy, the Chapman family began to speak publicly about their loss and the role that faith played in it all. They appeared on Good Morning America, Larry King Live and in People magazine.

'Beauty Will Rise' is a collection of 12 new and profound songs described as "Steven's personal Psalms. It is a desperately hopeful, raw, personal, and honest recording that it likely the most important of his already incredible 20 plus year ministry."
