British group thebandwithnoname have announced that they are to call it a day in Autumn 2010 after nearly ten years of ministry. Now a staple part of the UK Christian music scene, thebandwithnoname were launched in March 2001 by Manchester based music ministry Innervation Trust. Since their launch the band have released two singles and three albums and will be releasing a 'Best of' album by the end of 2009.

TBWNN are known for their uncompromising presentation of the gospel mixed with Zarc Porter's hard hitting beats and a massive high energy show. Front man ChipK can often be seen climbing up trussing, walls and balconies while Straff rocks out and Leon mixes it up on the decks alongside their live band. TBWNN have toured extensively in the UK, Europe and USA, spending
time in schools and prisons along with churches and music festivals.

The band will be embarking on the 'Rush Tour' in partnership with The Bible Society during November and December 2009 and then can be seen on 'The 4 Points Tour' across the UK till Summer 2010. They will be appearing at all Spring Harvest weeks and loads of festivals over the summer and even some schools in September 2010 before a big final gig in Manchester.
