Corey Lueck Is Keeping People Smilin'

Sep 20 2020

Canadian recording artist, Corey Lueck is asking you to smile along with this latest single, SMILIN’, available now on all digital platforms. The new single follows the release last year of his album, 'Take This City'.

Corey Lueck was born into a musical family, and took up the drums and singing at age 5. He started his first high school rock band in Grade 11. Soon after graduating high school, Corey, with his brother, Todd, started a new country band called the “Red Hot Burritos”, and would go on to record two albums and enjoy some notoriety and frequent radio play.

After several years, the Burritos disbanded and Corey began playing drums part-time in a rock band, however, after a dramatic conversion to Christianity, he found himself unable to continue to play this type of music. He found a new love of music in the church.

Corey loves being a part of his local church, in Regina, Saskatchewan, where he is a part of the leadership team of Harvest City Church and where you will find him enthusiastically leading worship. He also travels with Lift Evangelical Ministries, based out of Harvest City Church, which holds crusades on University campuses in Uganda and in various communities in Africa.
