Louder Than The Music

Jesseca Toovey is a songwriter and worship leader who has been leading others into worship for almost two decades. Singing since the age of three and songwriting since her teenage years, Jesseca believes in the powerful presence of worship and the sound of heaven. Originally from southern California, Jesseca now resides in Glenwood Springs, Colorado with her husband and two boys where she leads worship and serves with her family at their local church.

Jesseca's debut single Refiner released in October of 2021. For Toovey, Refiner isn't just a song, it is the cry of her heart, to be purified, refined, and transformed by the mighty presence of God through worship. Refiner was written during Covid-19 out of a desire for God to purify her heart, burn away all of the impurities, and to refine her spirit. She reflects, "during a time with so much turmoil, this song resonates life and the desire to draw closer to God through His refining fire."
