Jesseca Toovey Returns With 'Power of the Blood'
Based in Glenwood Springs, Colorado, Jesseca Toovey is a songwriter and worship leader whose songs cultivate a lifestyle of worship. Her new single 'Power Of The Blood' is available now on all streaming platforms.
"Power of the Blood was created during a zoom write with Taylor Williams from Saddleback Church and Michelle McNaughton. Our heart was to convey how powerful the blood of Jesus is and to reflect all that he did in dying for our sins. When the song was finished, we all cried because of it's beautiful melodies and heart catching lyrics", explains Jesseca.
From the time Jesseca was a little girl, she had songs in her heart, singing in churches and talent shows. In her teenage years, she continued to minister in youth band and choirs, and discovered the power that music had to lead people into the presence of God.
After nearly two decades of worship leading, she has begun releasing music and seeing her songs have a broader impact on the church. Jesseca’s desire for a raw and authentic life is clear in Refiner, a song of surrender to God's refining, purifying love. Her following release Faithful declares God’s faithfulness to us in every situation and trial. Most recently, Jesseca teamed up with Robby Valderrama with Spring Hill Studios for the 2024 fall release of Praise Forever. A powerful anthem of awe and beauty of who God is and all He has done.
