Worship Pastor Pete McAllen Launches Crowd Funding For Second Album

Aug 01 2016

Cambridge Community Church (C3)'s worship pastor Pete McAllen has launched a Crowd Funding campaign to raise £12,000 towards recording his second album.

McAllen is well known to Louder Than The Music, topping the charts in 2015 with his single Enemies from his critically acclaimed debut worship album, “I Hear Your Voice”.

Over the last two years, McAllen has been writing songs for his next album and hitting the UK and international Christian festivals.

“These are some of strongest and most honest songs I’ve ever written. Some feel like modern day psalms, others are more like prayers put to music. But they all capture a new sound and a fresh way of connecting with God”, He says.

His aim is raise £12,000 through Rocketfuel to produce his next album. Costs involve production, manufacturing and promotion. Crowd Funding sites are hugely popular with Christian music artists, as fans pledge their support and are rewarded with interesting and entertaining prizes. Some prizes on offer from McAllen include having your name in the album credits, a personal house gig, and an opportunity to be a special guest artist at his album launch.

The campaign will run until 29th August 2016 on Rocketfuel.
