Out Of The Ashes Release Single/Video of Title Track 'Get Out The Boat' Ahead of New Album
UK Christian group Out Of The Ashes have released the final single ahead of their next studio album due out in September. 'Get Out the Boat' is the title track from Out of the Ashes' fourth album, and serves as an unapologetic statement of musical intent from the band, and a call to action for their listeners.
This is a big, bold number, boasting the funkiest of guitars, a powerful horn section and a hammond organ solo worthy of classic acts like Santana and The Spencer Davis Group. Out of the Ashes is Gospel collective based in Gloucestershire, England which is known for its Jazz, R&B and Swing sounds, with Gospel roots. They are using music as part of their mission to stand for joy, healing and love in the church; energising weary Christians and rejuvenating ailing congregations.
The band has two previous albums: The Garden (2010) and Love Can Be A Bumpy Road (Feb 2015).
