KXC Worship Release 'Don't Pass Me By' (Live at Seek First)
KXC's latest live rendition of 'Don't Pass Me By' draws you into a deeply moving and powerful cry of intercession. Captured at Seek First (KXC's weekly worship and prayer gathering), this song unfolds across two tracks, featuring an extended time of lament and faith-filled prayer.
This is a song by Rich & Lydia Dicas - it was forged in fire, born out of years of chronic pain, unanswered prayer, and the decision to still trust God when His silence feels deafening. Written from Lydia’s own journey through ongoing physical suffering, Don’t Pass Me By echoes the plea of the blind man in Luke 18. It’s that same persistent, courageous cry that forms the heartbeat of this song: “Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me...”
This song invites you into one of the sacred tensions of the Christian life - where unshaken faith meets unanswered questions. It stands as a modern-day lament and confession, a worship song for the weary, the waiting, and the ones still holding on. It’s for those who find themselves caught in the inbetween: longing for breakthrough, aching for healing, yet refusing to let go of Jesus in the meantime.
‘At Your Feet’ is a new live worship album of songs captured at Seek First - KXC’s weekly worship and prayer night. As a church we’ve been discovering over the last few years the power of making space to worship God and pray for what we sense is on his heart. This album sounds like what it feels to be in the room on a Monday night as we sing and contend together in prayer.
The new album’s title track (‘At Your Feet’) is a new song written together with SAINT Church. Over the last 3 years our churches have been uniting for regular joint prayer gatherings, bringing together thousands of young people from across London to contend for awakening. ‘At Your Feet’ is a song we wrote together for those gatherings - in addition to KXC’s live version (May), SAINT are also releasing a studio version in April.
KXC Worship is based at King’s Cross Church (KXC) - an anglican church in London. The vision of KXC is to serve God’s purpose to make all things new, by recklessly giving ourselves away to God in worship, each other in community and the people of King’s Cross and beyond. We've been writing and releasing songs for our church since 2014 - our hope is that songs born in our community like Hallelujah Jesus Saves, Jesus Name Above All Names and O God Would You Move can also help give voice to the adoration and prayers of your heart.
